You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding how to use any content generated by the Service. Humbot makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding user-generated content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Humbot and its licensors.
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant Humbot a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process and store that content solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Humbot and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
